THE NSPE AGRIDOME

The Nova Scotia Provincial Exhibition is proud to present its brand-new AgriDome, a state of the art multipurpose building unique in Nova Scotia.

The Agridome is a major addition to the economic and cultural infrastructure of central Nova Scotia -- ideal for year-round sporting events, agricultural shows, concerts, conventions, trade shows, fairs, auctions, markets, and more!   The Dome complements other buildings on our grounds, making the NSPE an excellent location for large events needing separate venues. Agridome Constructed of steel and covered by a fabric roof manufactured right here in Truro, the Agridome offers 31,900 ft2 of versatile and comfortable indoor space ideal for a multitude of uses.

The 120' x 266' of unobstructed space is heated by 6.3 miles of in-floor radiant heating and overhead radiant heaters, and the building's cover keeps the interior cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter
The AgriDome's versatility extends to the floor as well.  The artificial turf is of the highest quality available, and provides a responsive playing surface that is a real pleasure to experience.  It's a terrific place to play soccer all winter long, for example.

The turf can be removed if your event requires a concrete or other surface.

Meetings & Banquets Naturally lit in the daytime, with overhead lighting for nighttime, the AgriDome features all the advantages of the outdoors with the safety, comfort, and convenience of the indoors.

And the acoustics of the AgriDome are superb!

An attached two-storey service building provides space for washrooms, showers, change areas, a canteen, storage and meeting rooms.   The large parking lots nearby offer ample parking for spectators and participants.

The AgriDome is available for rental on an hourly or daily basis.   To book the Agridome for your event, please contact Grant Milley at grant@agridome.ca, phone (902) 895-4824 or call the Exhibition Office at (902) 893-9222.
